Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at 📧 info@go-breezy.com within 24 hours of placing it. Our warehouse moves fast to get your order out, so after this window, cancellations are no longer possible as processing and shipping will have already begun. If you miss this window, you can still utilize our 30-Day Guarantee once the product arrives.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If any item is missing, incorrect, or arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge immediately.

Please provide our customer support team with:

  • A photo or video clearly showing the received items and packaging.

  • If damaged, a close-up photo of the damage.

Replacements for minor packaging wear sustained during transit (that does not affect the device) are subject to the discretion of our support team.

Order Not Arrived

Our estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. If this time has passed, please allow an additional 5 business days for possible shipping network delays beyond our control.

If your order has still not arrived 20 business days after the estimated delivery date, you are fully covered and eligible for a 100% refund or a free reshipment—your choice.

Processing Returns & Refunds

  • Return Shipping: If a return of the physical device is required, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • Timeline: Once your return is received (or your refund is approved without return), your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. Funds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
