BREEZY is committed to shipping your order quickly and transparently, with clear tracking and support throughout the process.

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs — these are outside our control.

Shipping Fees Free shipping for a limited time. If this promotion changes, the applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel using the link provided.

Delivery Delays If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate. If the parcel still does not arrive after our investigation, you may choose between a full refund or a free reshipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (full name, street, city, postal code, phone number). We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing the order.

Undeliverable / Uncollected Parcels If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or not being collected, we can reship the order once the address is confirmed. Reshipment costs (if any) may apply.

International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. Some destinations may have restrictions or longer transit times. Duties & taxes: Local import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. The carrier may contact you to arrange payment before delivery.

Lost or Damaged in Transit If your parcel arrives damaged or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us within 7 calendar days with photos (outer packaging + item). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
